Awful! Mark has no idea how to deal with children alienation and can be manipulated easily. Mark was on a therapeutic session and instead of facilitating and 'run the show', he was sitting aside and let the children scream, curse and being rude! Mark didn't have any previous experience with those kind of sessions, even though on an earlier phone conversation, he claimed that he has the experience.
