Dr. Im is a great doc and very responsive. My mom is 99 and he calls often with regard to her medical conditions and medication. He keeps her healthy and mostly independent. My husband and I are both patients and are very happy with Dr. Im and his staff.
Very happy with my care with Dr.Im
I've been a patient of Dr. Im's for over 12 + years. I feel he really listens to and cares for his patients. It took me a long time to find a physician who would help me with alternative therapies and not just give me pills. I love his holistic approach and quick response time to my calls and messages. I highly recommend Dr. Im to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician. Him and his team are the best.
My current physician is a good doctor and attentive when I meet with him in person. However, MD Vip needs to work very hard on providing access to more alternative therapies. Such as ayurvedic, Asian, Indian medicines or resources, etc,...things that regular health insurance won't cover. The cost are going up, but my health isn't really improving. I can use traditional prescriptions through regular doctors covered by insurance without paying out of pocket.
