I worked with Samantha Roberts @Brownell in West Leb to replace ALL of my windows and doors in my home in Randolph, VT. The experience was delightful. They know their products, they know design, they know customer service. By far, the easiest and most enjoyable part of my home rehab.
We had over 30 windows and frames replaced a year ago by Marvin. Justin was a great first face to meet and explained the process and gave great advice. No pressure sales and helpful throughout the process. Bill, one of the main installers was friendly and kept us up to date on install days. April was also helpful from the office side. A year later and the windows made a big difference for our 30 year old home weather wise. Happy we went with Marvin after almost signing with another company. Definitely recommend!
Got a bay window installed from this company. The window is exactly what we wanted. The install took exactly as long as they said it would. All the guys working on it were professional and friendly, and talked to me openly about the project. Not a nail or a bit of scrap wood was left behind. We spent considerable time researching window and door options, from big box stores to smaller local sources. We were at times overwhelmed by all the choices and options.
