The service team at Marvin were great to work with. Efficient and the guys on site didn't try deflecting issues back to the installers and/or homeowner. I've dealt with many window companies over the years and this is the best service request i have had dealt with.
One of your company trucks was hella aggressively driving on the highway. I hope they do not so tightly schedule jobs that the trades people doing them have to rush. So much so that driving in life threatening ways to save 30 seconds feels worth it…
Construction is an imperfect industry, so it's not entirely unexpected that things aren't quite perfect when they're installed. The issue is how suppliers and trades manage the imperfections, and make it right. Much of that depends on the service team that is assigned to remedy that which needs to be done. I have to say that Marvin's outstanding team of Martin and Tomm arrived exactly on time, carried out the work perfectly, were tidy, and did an outstanding job.
The install of our windows was a nightmare but I won’t rehash the disaster it was. Ultimately we did get very nice windows with only the odd scuff or ding in the wood. However, one window will not stay open and emails/voicemails to the warranty department have yet to be returned. I am hoping this review might get them to reply to me.
