In June of 2024, we replaced our exterior windows and doors of our home. If you are needing to do the same for your home, you must contact Marvin Canada. Their products, their service, and their warranty is by far the best in the industry!!. In 2017, I designed a studio, and the entry door was a clad Marvin Integrity series door. Last month, the locking mechanism started to fail: I contacted Marvin here in Toronto, was directed to the service manager Frangelle, and a new mortise was shipped out to me promptly, at no charge - the warranty was honoured. That's the way things should be: easy interaction and prompt service. Many thanks.
