Tom and Martin were awesome. They took their time servicing some details that were needed post installation. Marvin truly takes care of their clients!
I ordered Marvin windows and doors when renovating our home. We worked with Kurt Farnsworth who was fantastic and very helpful. I just had post install servicing with Martin who was also fantastic and who also exceeded my expectations. The windows and doors are gorgeous and the servicing is exceptional - they go above and beyond. I highly recommend Marvin windows and doors.
I'm a happy repeat Marvin customer. Jim is always flexible and responsive, Paul is an installer with an eye for detail and dedication to doing the best job possible, and the windows always look good and work well.
The service team at Marvin were great to work with. Efficient and the guys on site didn't try deflecting issues back to the installers and/or homeowner. I've dealt with many window companies over the years and this is the best service request i have had dealt with.
