RecommendedMy garage spring broke and a friend at Fort Bragg Harley recommended these folks. Very friendly customer service when I made the appointment and Jeff knew exactly what to fix when he got here. 20 minutes and I was back up and running. Highly recommend these folks. Will call if I need them again.
Brandon came out and installed a opener on a commercial door, and replace a door panel. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, he went over every bolt, lubed every moving part. realigned the door, adjusted the tension. The door before was very hard to open, after he repaired it worked so smooth so easy to open. the he hooked up the opener and everything went perfect. he is a great asset to marvin allen door company. Tyler was our repairman. He was very polite, and did great work. He replaced the torsion spring on our garage door. Very pleased with the service of this company. Would recommend them !
Called yesterday and received an appointment for 2-4pm today. Technician was here right at 2 and was gone by 2:30. Tech was fast, efficient, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. Price was slightly higher than I expected, but I'm OK with that. Highly recommend.
Tyler came today, looked at the door, detected a broken spring inside the rod, replaced it and was finished in 20 minutes!!
