The lawyer was moderately helpful the first time around. Second time around, not so helpful. After the free call, asked for clarification regarding something in the initial documents, and at that point it was "pay us for an answer"/radio silence. If it's simply to clarify something that was in the initial documents, I think it would be more reasonable to provide an answer as part of the free assessment. That's my opinion but obviously this lawyer disagrees.
I retained this firm for a time-sensitive matter and initially had a positive experience. The intake process was professional, and I felt my concerns were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, after the initial consultation, communication effectively stopped. I was given two separate timelines regarding when I could expect next steps, and both deadlines passed without any follow-through. After rescheduling our first meeting 3 (three!) times just minutes before it was supposed to start, I was told that they believe that I’ve got a case and that they will be taking it. During the meeting, I was promised an email with all the needed information and intake forms to be filled. In reality, email that I got right after the meeting was different - Indigo (their Operations Manager) stated that they are not a great fit for my case and wouldn’t be working with me.
