Did not hear back for assessment after intake
Indigo is fantastic, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving her a call
The lawyer was moderately helpful the first time around. Second time around, not so helpful. After the free call, asked for clarification regarding something in the initial documents, and at that point it was "pay us for an answer"/radio silence. If it's simply to clarify something that was in the initial documents, I think it would be more reasonable to provide an answer as part of the free assessment. That's my opinion but obviously this lawyer disagrees.
