Marvelous provided top notice service from time of first calling to completion of the job. Tony was thorough in his investigation and concisely explained all aspects of his findings. There was a dedicated effort to ensure that I was not left in the dark and had ample input on the proceedings.
Tony did a wonderful job of checking and diagnosing our furnace. He explained what was going on with it and gave some good advice about different options. Craig came later the same day and gave an estimate for a new furnace with several options we could choose from. When we chose to get a new furnace installed, they were able to get us booked in quickly. My AC unit wouldn't turn on, so I called in the morning and was able to get same day service within a few hours. He was quick and did excellent work! 2022 - I called Marvelous again for some kitchen sink issues and again extremely knowledgeable and friendly! 2025 - Our hot water tank was leaking late at night one evening and Marvelous was able to get to our place the next morning to swap it out. It was quick and painless.
