Friendly, knowledgeable, fast. Was only out for a few hours of hot water. Tank replaced in no time and correctly. Very happy about the whole service.
The technicians do good work but their services are exorbantly priced. We needed our toilet, bathroom vanity and sink reinstalled after repainting and reflooring the bathroom and they wanted over $600 for it. They're "policy" is to give you quotes on "options" which are always even more so you think it's not that bad. My husband was able to talk them into a "discount" which still exceeded $500.
