A Not-So-Marvelous Experience I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this business in April 2026 primarily due to poor customer service, lack of accountability, and failure to resolve an issue they acknowledged was their fault. Paulo is my go-to guy at the Boston location. Every staff is professional, friendly, and courteous but Paulo has gone above and beyond to extending his hospitality. You cannot go wrong with either barber, but Paulo remains consistent is delivering quality service.
I am an avid customer of Marvelous Barber Lounge in Boston. The primary reason is because of my barber YORDY!!! I've been customer of Yordy for 10+ years. I've followed him to every barbershop that he's been cutting hair in. He style of barbering and diligences to his client is unmatched. The combination of skill, intention, and care makes this the barbershop I’ve been looking for since I moved to Boston 9 years ago. I personally book with Lex. I’ve also noticed the great work of the other barbers and can confidently book with another Marvelous barber if Lex is not available. It’s always a sophisticated, high quality cut.
