Love the hair and the prices are affordable and they are near capilano - so I don’t have to drive west or north anymore to get good quality wigs !
Great knowledgeble staff..huge selection
I am highly disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased more than enough hair for a style I was trying to achieve. Before returning, I called the store and specifically asked if I could return the unused and unopened hair. I was told yes, as long as I had the receipt. However, when I went back to the store, I was told that returns were not allowed. I even repeated my question over the phone to make sure, and was still given the wrong information. 4/5 stars because I felt like the customer service could have just been slightly more welcoming and warmer with their approach.. especially to someone who isn't their "normal clientele". However that being said their inventory is epic, I have never had so much selection to choose from. Thankful for the lady at the front desk for helping me find the right hair for the style I am wanting to achieve
