Nuestra experiencia con Marvel Travel no fue satisfactoria en el Viaje anunciado a St. Petersburg este pasado Julio 1. Si, fuimos a Marpon Springs pero no a St. Petersburg! Francisco Desastroso viaje a las Cataratas del Niagara, comenzando por el primer autobus que si tenia las condiciones anunciadas de confort requeridas, negligentemente salio con desperfectos mecanicos, por lo que tuvo que ser sustituido al iniciar el segundo dia por otro totalmente inadecuado e incomodisimo, en el que la mayoria de los equipajes no cabian en los compartimientos encima de los asientos, que peligrosamente no tenian puertas para un viaje con tantas curvas y pendientes, a duras penas podian colocaese debajo de d... read more

PREJUDICE is all I can say. Booking a cruise is supposed to be exciting. After calling Marvel Travel because my nice was having her Quinceanera with them it was clear that Jenny and Arnaldo racially profiled me and my family. Pésimas experiencias he tenido con esta agencia!!!!, he viajado unas cuantas veces con ellos y SIEMPRE he tenido inconvenientes!!! Mala atención, no responden al teléfono y cuando responden siempre te ponen en espera porque no saben de lo que se trata la llamada, descontrol en cuanto a pagos, aunque yo he tenido los comprobantes de los pagos anteriores siempre me dicen que debo más, o no coincide con lo que debo, hasta que no les demuestro mis balances no se arregla la situación, tal parece que ellos me están haciendo un fav... read more
Le recomiendo Marvel travel , yo fui con mi esposo en Octubre al Canada Niagara Falls y la pasamos super bien, Javier el guia y el Chino el chofer excelente. y fuemos en Diciembre a St Augustin y la pasamos super bien con la guia Edith y Raulito el chofer.
