We’ve had three jobs completed by Marvel Roofing - fixing of broken tiles on the roof, ridge tiles on our garage blown off by storms, and most recently a complete destruction and reconstruction of our leaking chimney. Great service, polite, manages expectation well (timings don’t always go according to plan), gives choices, trustworthy and tidy, and sticks to quote. Highly recommend.
I would give a 0 if I could. Spoke with this person to get a quote for a roof repair. After coming over to have a look I’ve been told I will get the quote later on tonight or tomorrow. During the next 2 weeks I’ve called 26 times and left multiple emails and voicemails. The only two times I’ve reached him I’ve been told it will be done the next day. It has been over 2 months since being told I will get the quote the next day. I gave up calling and went with someone else. I suggest whoever reads this does the same
Marvel Roofing (Jason) attended as requested to review the 'leak'. Showed me pictures of the issue, explained what was required and was able to complete the job. Arrived on time, polite, professional and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend the team.
