Asked Marvel to do a quote for me for a property I'm buying. They agreed they would for a fee and we agreed a price and quote time. They didn't do the quote and have ignored my messages. Luckily they didn't invoice before the quote, but it's meant I'll have to organise a time and date again for a different roofer with the house seller, which is hard through the estate agents. It's really hard finding builders to pay to do work.
We’ve had three jobs completed by Marvel Roofing - fixing of broken tiles on the roof, ridge tiles on our garage blown off by storms, and most recently a complete destruction and reconstruction of our leaking chimney. Great service, polite, manages expectation well (timings don’t always go according to plan), gives choices, trustworthy and tidy, and sticks to quote. Highly recommend.
