Exceptional customer care!
Great work and good prices. Only downside is communication: whilst generally good, on two occasions (of several) the engineer failed to notify us that they would be late. Or if/when they did, they told us one minute before they were meant to arrive. If you are going to be late, tell us in advance (i.e. at least one hour in advance). Other than that, excellent work.
Poor service from a generally disappointing and dishonest company. Please be careful using them. The plumbers are generally polite and timely, but ineffective. Charges are high, and the company will invoice you to make payment very (very) quickly after the works, threatening to take action if you don't pay. The model is to get your cash as soon as possible, so if there are any long terms issues remaining they do not have to fix them.
