Not to sure how to say this but I am considering an even lower rating. I asked them for a quote on a few things in my home. Had a previous team that I have worked with before give me estimates previously. Marvel came and the guy asked the same question like 5 times. Do I want to replace BOTH water heaters. I said "NO", repeatedly. I run three companies so I know how to communicate very clearly. Not sure what to say. I needed a few things done and the guy who came had a tough time understanding things. 5 star all day. First time needing a plumber and they showed up in a Google search. I'm pretty skeptical of service providers but was super impressed that they responded to a text message and maintained communication that way. Had a plumber (Randeep) out within a few hours who provided a clear and detailed quote. This was also provided by their office team who were flexible in arranging a time slot.
