5 star all day. First time needing a plumber and they showed up in a Google search. I'm pretty skeptical of service providers but was super impressed that they responded to a text message and maintained communication that way. Had a plumber (Randeep) out within a few hours who provided a clear and detailed quote. This was also provided by their office team who were flexible in arranging a time slot. Randeep came on a service call today to check out a couple of issues I was having with water pressure to my kitchen sink and my washer. 1) I got a time window of two hours then regular updates along the way. He arrived within one minute of when he said he would be here! 2) Randeep was friendly, thorough, efficient and very knowledgeable and honest. 3) He sorted out my problems quickly and explained everything to me clearly.
