I saw great reviews and gave them a call. We had a partially blocked toilet, it could flush but occassionally got blocked. A gentleman on the phone made a booking for us for the next day. After a couple of other exchanges through text, I requested the gentleman to give me an estimate of the cost of an average de-blocking of a toilet. He never responded. A repairer showed up at the agreed time the next day and told us it would cost CAD 250 + tax which ended up at ~280. I thought this was disingenous and backhanded. The repair... read more
