Felt rather uncomfortable I visited a few different orthodontists for an initial consultation. I was told on the phone this particular one take about one hour, which I assumed would justify the higher price. While photos and x-rays were taken, the actual consultation did not last much longer than a good 10 minutes and felt more like a sales talk than a thorough doctor-patient conversation. Friendly and welcoming staff with lovely smiles. They were very flexible in scheduling appointments to suit our availability. Dr. Li was gentle, patient, and friendly when assessing my child, making the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended!
