Wasn't happy with Marvel but now I am. I had 15 motorized shades and one stationary shade installed in 2016. So far the stationary shade has broken 3 times. Marvel came out in the past, but now I had to bring it to them. They sent it back to Hunter Douglas. All shades are Hunter Douglas. Trying to find out about the status of my shade has been a problem. The Marvel team was very helpful in helping me select a Hunter Douglas shade for my new office. I went to the showroom and Emily helped me with swatches, and then Megan came to the house with samples to see how they looked in the room, measured and helped me select the one that worked best in the space with the other items I had in the room.
The nice ladies at Marvel sent my blinds into Hunter Douglas for a minor repair, and Hunter Douglas somehow lost them (sending me someone else's repaired blinds). Without me asking, Marvel stepped in with Hunter Douglas and had new blinds made to replace the lost ones. They arrived and functioned and matched perfectly. Marvel went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They have a lifelong customer in me.
