No one answers the phone. I wanted to cancel my appointment and literally called 7 days in a row; no answer. I left voice messages and no one returned the call. Will no come back or stress myself. There are so many other places where to go
The staff are very friendly and understanding. I have really high anxiety and the dentist and her assistants were helpful by talking me through the process and assuring me that it will be quick and that everything will be alright. I politely asked if they could stop during the wisdom teeth pulling because I was too nervous and they allowed me to cool down for about 5 minutes. Took my cousin here and the staff was great and friendly. Helped me with my questions with insurance.
I’ve tried to give Marvel Dental multiple chances, but I’m officially done. I’ve been here three different times and every single visit has come with new issues long wait times, disorganization, and inconsistent information. The last time I went in, I had a painful dental emergency and they gave me the hardest time even when I was willing to pay out of pocket.
