Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Dr. Marvel is efficient, friendly, and I appreciate her time to answer questions and concerns. I rarely wait in the waiting room.
I have been a patient at this dental office for approximately four years, and unfortunately, my experience has declined significantly over time. The front desk staff have consistently come across as unprofessional and unfriendly. On more than one occasion, I observed staff speaking negatively about patients after they left, which was disappointing and concerning. Dr. M was out of the office but Machenna was terrif. She gave me several ideas on how to improve my gum health.
Makena did a fantastic job taking care of my teeth and offered helpful suggestions to keep improving my dental health!!!!!
