I use them as little as possible and it’s mostly because of their service. Unfortunately, all the people upfront have poor communication skills, and difficult to do business here. A simple pallet return takes unnecessarily long and a pallet drivers are in no rush to help forget about timely deliveries to it’s usually two weeks out for any paver not in stock. It’s like anything else, you’re only around until people find alternate options really nothing compelling to keep my business here— the end.

I called and this girl named Kaylee I think. She was immediately rude right off the bat. There was no greeting, no professionalism, just attitude from the start. It felt like I was bothering her by simply calling with a question. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not dismissed. Definitely not getting my business if she is there.
