We made a special trip and arrived at the Bell location at 3:45pm only to watch one of the employees closing the gate. Very disappointed, especially when the sign says open to the public. Their hours don't seem to reflect that they want business or value their customers.

Incompetence at every level. To begin, it is impossible to get an employee to answer the phone during normal business hours. We stopped by this location while looking for a very specific style of brick. Fortunately Marvel was able to provide a solution but as others have commented, this company is not trustworthy. I placed an order for a style that this location didn’t stock and was told they’d have to order it from California.
