I just had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I called yesterday to book an appointment. They told me that today between 1 and 5 was their available time slot which I accepted. They let me know that there was a $65 dollar service fee for the visit but that if I chose to do the repairs with them that it would be deducted from the price.
