Bad company
I deal with MANY HVAC companies on a daily basis, this company by far, has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered within this industry. I do not understand a company that takes multiple days to reply to you with a "quote" after you have to provide them with everything but your grandmothers first born son....before the quote ( not knowing if you will even purchase from them ). I'm a Project Manager and we bought 19 HVAC units from this company. It was the worst experience we ever had in our international telecom projects. Very poorly organized, bad responses to emails, the unit had a leak in the system, lots of alarms, the measuring pipe was pinched, the edges of undeburred and sharp metal sheets and the documentation was very poor. I'm sorry it has to end that way but we will not buy again or recommend on this company.
Very prejudice, have to know someone there if you're looking for a job other than you won't be hired!!!!!
