Had an absolutely pleasant experience getting some warranty work done here. Greg and the shop foreman (steve I believe) helped me out beyond expectations. On a side note - Destination Honda Burnaby denied the same work these guys were happy to do for me without any hesitation.
I’ve been to the Marv Jones service department a couple times now to have my car repaired, and the service has been excellent. The manager was professional, friendly, and treated me really well. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back! Thank you 😊
Multiple bad experiences at this location. Miss quoting fixed costs and then having to pay hundreds more. Taking three weeks to fix a major issue with the speakers and screens. They use Enterprise and don't provide comparable sized vehicles. I have a Van for a reason. We will be making the 30 minute drive to Langley now to do all our maintenance and work.
I had a great experience buying here. Both sales and service did an amazing job Hayden was the salesperson, and I don't recall the service person's name
