I had a disappointing experience at this Honda dealership. I went in to sell my car, and they initially offered me a price. When I asked if they could improve the offer, they said they’d consult with their manager and call me back. Unfortunately, when I returned, they changed their mind and offered a much lower price than initially agreed upon. I felt like my time was wasted, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. Overall, I left feeling undervalued and disappointed.
