I was extremely happy after taking my Honda Odyssey into Marv Jones Honda! The price I was quoted was just that and no more! The staff was courteous and the service was done fairly quickly! Plus they listened to me and didn't try to push anyother services that I didn't need!
Dave, the manager from the service department, was outstanding. I had an issue with the software update on my one‑year‑old Civic, and Dave offered to install it for me. He was patient throughout the process and genuinely happy to help resolve the problem. Thank you, Dave. I highly recommend him and his service team.
I want to give Giles Ching special recognition for going the extra mile in customer service for my online parts order. Giles ensured all the parts I ordered would fit my car so it was nice to have him double check as I am not a parts expert. He also recommended parts (not upselling) that he knew I required but I overlooked.
