This not reflect on the drs in any way we booked an appointment on your site for Friday 8/7 and could not come in because flu like Symptoms !! but did not get video chat call on the day of the appointment when supposed to be , and really understand if you are running behind , but we waited all day for no call and even rang also to see when the dr was calling, it annoying when you can’t get into the surgery, and getting on sites now to make bookings also can be Frustrating at the best of times, chat calls is great especially ... read more
