Morons.. Gave us all clear, then had to chase us to the elevator to tell us some potentially major news. Every test result was never ready and had to be faxed over at the end of the appointment while we sat there for thirty minutes. I am the father and had to have a very important blood test, in which the results came back all clear, then 2 appointments later another doctor tells us that Quest DIagnostics on Roosevelt, did the wrong test. and a doctor at NFOBGYN signed off on the results from the wrong test.. I met with Reagan Thomas ARNP today. I work in the medical field and she is by far thee sweetest person ive met. She is informative and exciting. She made my longer wait worth it. The front staff was very inviting and personable as well. The office was clean and cozy. I can't wait to go back. I will get to meet Dr. Boyd who Ive only heard good things about.
Horrible service!!!! Even worse front office staff. You wait forever and when you ask about it, you get the front desk attitude. Avoid them if you can.

I have been going here since my first pregnancy, and I ended up losing the baby. They were compassionate but pushed for me to have a D&C and basically pressured me into getting surgery to remove the baby.I am now pregnant again and my pregnancy is very high risk, and I am 12 weeks right now and they have yet to give me an official ultrasound, and refuse to make an appointment for me to have one because I am "too early," I also have had multiple problems with the receptionist not putting the right information into the compute... read more
My New Patient visit was more than impressive. Dr. Chambers is AMAZING! The visit was organized, swift and complete! Dr. Chambers is a Doll! Love her! I'm SO GLAD to find her!
The doctors and mid wife's are nice, but it's a very incompetent office. I went in to see what was wrong with me, and a week later I was contacted by phone saying that another culture needed to be done that was going to cost $700 and was basically told I had to find out if my insurance was covered, give them the procedure code, and what not.. And they couldn't even give me a procedure code! Forgive me if I'm wrong, but don't doctor's offices PAY someone for that specific job of dealing with insurance companies on those kinds... read more
This office is run very poorly. I have to wait for long periods of time every time I come in. The male Doctors are not very friendly so avoid them. The female nurses are good but the front office staff is terribly rude. Do not come to this office.
