I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from this mechanic. In October, I entrusted my fish house to their care for some necessary repairs, with a clear and simple request: I needed it returned by the start of ice fishing season. We were stranded about 3.5 hours from home when our boat axle broke on a Saturday afternoon. Shawn came over to where we were broke down and took care of us. Very thorough, personable and professional! Thank you Shawn!
