I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, but this one got me. I called and asked if they could do tires and tubes for my bike, usually no more than an hour's fix. They told me 20-30 minutes and they'd have it done. 3 hours later and here we are, they didn't even start working on it until 20 minutes ago, each time telling me that it'll be another 20 minutes. RecommendedI have been to several bike shops in different areas and I have to say that this is one of the most accommodating ones that I have come across. Eric Bopp has spent many late nights the last few weeks going over bikes, accessories and future upgrades with me, and has never said a word about staying way past closing hours to me or trying to pressure me into a quick sale.
