Took a month after initial contact for an on site appt. Then, no showed. Two weeks later, they showed up and evaluated the tub. The repairs were made, but all 3 joints that were cut to make the repairs are now leaking horribly. They said work was only warrantied 30 days...and I guess the joints DID hold that long! But, would NEVER...repeat...NEVER use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
