needed a heat pump installed that I purchased elsewhere. Most companies would not even consider installing the heat pump. Alan was interested and quoted a very fair price. He helped me move the unit to the install location and then installed it. All is working great, and he's providing a 1 year warranty on his work.Couldn't be more happy. Thanks Alan
