I hired two HVAC companies and the first one messed up and left, Marty came out and fixed the problem. He also went a little above and beyond to get the service done even with my gate attendant being difficult to deal with.

Text messages show that Allen stated he could use leak stop to allow our system to work 2-3 years. On the receipt he states, “should get you through at least this summer”. 24 hours later the unit is not working again. He comes back out and states, “oh, you just need a new system.” We ask for a partial refund due to the fact it stopped working within 24 hours and he says the cost of material was $850? LOL. Allen responded very promptly and came out to give us a quote on replacing an air conditioner unit. He gave us a very fair quote including warranty. He communicated promptly and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job and cleaned up when finished. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend.
