Been going here for several years. They always did a nice job cutting my hair. Normally, I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for their lack of customer service at my last appt.. I was accused for being 15 min late when I wasn't. I arrived on time and I verified my notes when I got back home. I always write the time down while on the phone and confirm it with the scheduler. But, they kept harping on me while I was there telling me it would affect the next appt..etc.. Heck, I even arrived early sitting out in my car. She saw me ... read more
