The guy in charge came to our house and took some measurements for our flooring. He noted that we should be hearing from him within a day or so with an estimate and days later... nothing...No phone calls back or any kind of communication. I reached out to him and his response was he needed more time but still no phone calls back. Fast installation with excellency. No ifs or buts.!
Bad sales people that do not follow through. Stop by one day and asked for a on site estimate at my house. They called and came to the house. The sales person listen to what we wanted done for a kitchen floor. The result was no return call or Email of price and time to do the job. I guess they don't need to be professional once you been in business for many years.
