I didn't end up having work done here, so this is a review of the quoting and communication process rather than the repair itself. The quote included marked-up parts, so I asked if I could supply my own since I could source them cheaper. The response was "We are not interested in doing this job with customer supplied parts." I can understand the reasoning — saying something like "we can't warranty customer-supplied parts" would have been friendlier and gotten the same point across. Just installed the marty's obs.Fuel system. Super easy to install. Great videos and information, they make it so easy to install I think anyone can do it. All the products are great quality You can tell They have spent a lot of time trying to perfect this system. Thank you for making my truck live again.
These guys are great! I had an electrical problem from a bad butt connector (previous owner didn’t install it properly) which left me stranded while hauling a tractor. Thanks to their tech support I was on the road the same day. Big shout out to Jason, who even called me after hours to make sure my truck was back up and running! 10 stars!
Was in a pinch for a quick replacement for my Marty's E-Fuel kit. Marty's team were especially helpful and Jason got me what I needed quick and on the spot. Highly recommend this small family business for anything Diesel Performance!
