Showed up on 8/7/26 at 8:20 am exactly one week after joining with a monthly membership. Cones are up blocking entrance, all the doors are open and not a single employee to be found on the property. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. Sat for more than 5 minutes, called the location twice and nothing. I’ll be canceling as soon as a human is available.

Came here to use the car vacuum and an employee named Tyler approached me asking if I was planning to get my car washed today(the exterior was noticibly COVERED in oil that has leaked from my car over the past year.) I said I hadnt planned on it, but he ended up helping me out! He was very friendly and kind. Before even entering the car wash itself, Tyler and another employee scrubbed and rinsed the entirety of the outside of my car. My car looked perfect after exiting the wash. Great monthly rate with military discount, much appreciated. The wash is good and very convenient. It's nice that they also use a handheld power washer on your way into the tunnel. One time after we'd had snow and the roads had been salted, employees took extra care with the power washer to wash salt off wheel wells etc. That's above and beyond! I'm always very pleased to use Marty's Car Wash. The people working there are always very friendly and helpful. They seem to be as happy to see a nice clean car emerge from the car wash as the drivers. I enjoy the convenience of the bays with vacuums to clean the car's interior. They even give you towels to wipe down the dashboard and other car interior areas. They also have a machine to wash your car mats next to the vacuum bays. After 5 years of being a member im done. Aside from the what are friendly staff its just no longer worth it. Martys $40 membership: * Its a guessing game if they'll be open. They close if its a cloudy or rainy day and they dont have foot traffic. Guess they dont consider that paying customers want to use the vacuum on cloudy days. *They close without notice just because of town events nearby like parades.
