Today was my first time dealing with Marty’s. I live in the area. I spoke with the receptionist about my problem regarding a window repair. I was very polite and I thought she was also. After expressing my need she said ok and asked me to hold a second. She proceeded to place the phone down and speak with the mechanic. She expressed my need for window repair and the mechanic replied “who needs this” she replied with “I don’t know, some black guy”.
