BEST service I have ever received! He's professional, honest,punctual, has great communication and very transparent. I absolutely reccomend him. Samsung washer needed new springs (after two years 🙄) he gave me two different ways to purchase the spings. Manufactured or reinforced upgraded ones by another company. Transparent pricing. Have used Mike on numerous occasions. His work is excellent and his prices are more than fair. Totally trust him!
Mike scheduled our appointment for the day after I called for a repair for our dryer. He was on time for the appointment and carried out a very thorough examination on the dryer. The dryer need a new heating element, and he installed a new one. He cleaned the dryer from top to bottom and explained exactly what he was doing. The cost of his work was very reasonable. We will use his services again when we need help! We highly recommend his knowledge and professional skills.

Mike is a incredibly knowledge, helpful and honest person. Had an issue with washer and we diagnosed the issue over the phone with just a brief description. Then recommended me the the part to fix it and gave me a brief description on how to do it myself. I replaced the part myself and it works like brand new.
