I do dislike leaving negative reviews and although from my last text message, Martyn did reach out to me. I feel I am done with Martyn Young Plumbing & Heating. We’ve been using Martyn Young’s for the last 6 years for boiler services and a few odd bits in our new build. When we moved in we had a towel rail fitted in the en-suite and this was done to a high standard. We had our old boiler (pushing 20 years!) serviced last week by Rich from Martyn Young Plumbing & Heating. He was a great bloke to deal with – really helpful and gave us clear advice on the options available when it became clear we finally needed a replacement. Less than a week later, Martyn himself came out and fitted a brand-new boiler along with a Hive system. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Answered my questions before install and even managed to install new boiler within 3 days of booking with them. Couldn't ask for a more idealic install. Would definitely recommend.
