Would like to thank Martyn Williams Plumbing and Heating for saving my Christmas !! My oil boiler stopped working on Monday this week (18/12/23) - I called Martyn and he arranged for Jim to come and repair the boiler at 07.45 the next day. Jim came as promised and identified two component failures in the boiler - he ordered the new parts and came back today (Wed 20/12/23) at 08.00 to fit them. EXCELLENT service and competitive price. Particular acknowledgment to Martyn's brilliant team (Josh and Darren) who were professional, courteous, conscientious, clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to have on site and I would recommend this Company unreservedly. This guy billed for the annual service immediately prior to our moving in. We had a problem with the central heating, so I called to get him to look at it and he said "he would send one of his lads". A week later nothing, so I called again and had to leave a message. The guy in my book can only be considered rude and unprofessional as he never came back to me. Absolutely fantastic service. They were the only plumbers who put themselves out of their way 3days before Christmas as we were without heating, hot water and a cooker. Nobody else showed any care or consideration. Martyn and his team are faultless and made my family feel extremely well looked after. Very trustworthy, honest, reliable and we can not thank them enough.
