Went away on holidays without arranging any cover for clients. You can't just pop off on holidays and leave you clients without anyone to call. The number given on request still hasn't phoned back. We only had one phase out of two working and when on tank water it is impossible. Very poor.
We sold the business in 2016 any bad rating after that are nothing to do with us
