Editing this review because the process of getting the home was made to be easy. The contractors and lenders they use are horrible. We were lied to by multiples steps through the process but the Clayton home we got through them was beautiful might be better to go through Clayton instead of through this company. No communication from higher ups to sales which made the entire process crappy with an almost two month delay on the home. We got our home place on the lot in mid-October. We are now at the end of December and have made two payments on the home that we are NOT in. We are having to pay rent and mortgage at the same time. The project side is not so hot. I would not want anyone else to go through what we did. If we could do it all over again, we would pick a different dealer.
