At the risk of sounding corny… Rock was an actual ROCK for us! We went in on January 1st, and closed on our new home TODAY! He never got sick of all my questions, phone calls, text, no matter what it was big or small. I couldn’t imagine having anyone better on my side. Buying our first home had us completely stressed out and having Rocks help eased so much of that for us. Everyone at the Florence location are actual rockstars and honestly if I hit the lottery I would buy a hundred more homes from them.
Went to location walked in no one available. Said hello! hello! no answer even though could here someone clearly in one of the offices. I turned around proceeded to leave and a woman appeared. Not friendly at all, had to introduce myself since she did not even ask for my name. Me still trying to be optimistic asked if I could see some mobile homes. She showed me a couple. When I say 5 stars, they earned it. This has been the most stressful process in the world but my girl Katrina has stood by me through this whole process. She has gone above and beyond what was needed from her. They strive to make you happy and will do whatever is needed to make sure your forever home is perfect. I do not recommend anymore but Marty Wright! I am a first time homeowner and still learning the ropes and Kat will still answer her phone and point me in the right direction even though the sale is complete and done.... read more
