Searching for the right mobile home home was new to us. We started in Ocean Isle close to home, with intentions of working close to home. If I could give this place NEGATIVE reviews, I would. This was the worst experience ever and I regret it with such a big purchase. We should have been treated better. Not only do they treat you and talk to you bad but our home was absolutely disgusting when they turned it over to us. Outlet sticking out of the wall flooring tore up and doors won’t even lock the doors. Don’t even line up with the frame to lock. Stay clear of this place as we’ve even taken legal action.
I made an appointment here to try and get some information on a few concerns I had with the purchasing process and the steps I needed to take to achieve my goals. I sat and spoke with Susan jowers, she was very sweet and informative and made my family and I feel like we were just at home!
Checked this place out recently looking to compare a modular to a custom home. We ended up going with a custom home due to some restrictions we weren't okay with in the modulars. But Susan was a blast! Great woman to work with. The type to stay after closing or go out of her way to meet your needs. We wish she was a realator so we could work her into our current deal.
