BUYER BEWARE...I ordered a specific home. The RAVEN by Live Oak homes. This home was not on their sales lot. I took paperwork with me trusting that the correct home would be ordered by the salesperson. This did not happen. The home I ordered had peaks/dormers in the front above the front door and living room windows. What I got was a plain front without these characteristics. Jarod was excellent! I highly recommend him. He was very friendly, answered any and all questions we had. He showed us only the houses within our price range which was greatly appreciated. I will recommend anyone to go to him and Marty Wright. Everyone was so friendly!
Jarod was amazing! We told him our budget and he only showed us houses within that range which is what we really wanted. & greatly appreciate. Jarod is extremely friendly and willingly to answer and questions. He listened to our likes and dislikes when it came to our future house and showed us just that. HIGHLY recommend Jarod!
This has been a 3 year project. Warped floor was fixed finally after a couple years. But the linoleum was cut, and their contractor said that they would get with MW about getting us new flooring because they said we needed it, and said he warned MW before hand that we would need it. Now we have be on a dance to get this done and where it was cut is starting to bubble and come up. Review will be taken down once floor is properly fixed.
