Now that we’ve been in our home for 9 months, I feel a review is necessary. Stay away from this place. The communication lacks and they will take advantage of you and your dream of home ownership. I can’t say enough things about how miserable our process was and what a pain it was getting answers to any questions/concerns that we had. Don't drive from Greenville for this place. Lied to draw us in. Are you kidding Ad said 123 thousand got there over 300 thousand are you kidding ! I can build stick for that.
Keira is awesome I would recommend marty wright to anyone just be patient and they will make everything alright Our home is wonderful and they communicated every step till we moved in
Just like a shady car dealership. They would not even greet us or speak to us in the lot. They don’t provide prices so they can hook you and crook you. Highly disappointed we made the hour drive for this. Not worth the time. I really had my hopes up.
