We saw a home we loved at Marty Wright Homes but because we are from WV it wasn't feasible to buy from them. I contacted them 6 months later describing the home and they actually took the time to research and find the manufacturer and model for us. Not only that, but they are going to call dealers in our area and help us locate one! This kind of service is above and beyond!!! I hate we can't buy from them!!
Process starts off with being told everything you want to hear ! Agreed to purchase a home on the lot in Nov 21 as a ordered one was $60,000 more and this one could be delivered set up and ready in 60 days from delivery .(thats the catch ) we signed the loan in Febuary There is lack comunication on the project ,the first contractor put in a total of 16 hours over 3 days in the first 7 weeks , sight prep was delayed because contractor was going on vacation and it's spring break, he did not order concrete in time for pa... read more
We just finished our home buying experience working with marty wright home sales and got moved in yesterday. Everyone on the team was more than courtesy and helpful. Especially our sales rep jedidiha. She went about and behind to make the experience great. Definitely 5 stars for here. She was there every step of the way whether she was sick she always answered all my questions and made my buying process 100% great
i see so many bad reviews on marty wright homes, i would have to write a novel to describe the nightmares my wife and i are going through in every aspect of buying our home from them. just wandering if anyone else is considering a law suit perhaps we can get a class action going on.
