I reached out to Hunter Taylor at the Bennettsville, SC location requesting a quote on one of the manufacturing homes listed on facebook. He was a very respectful and nice sales person who was eager to help me any way he could. Hunter didn't just give me info on the home I was inquiring about, he wanted to actually tour the other homes to make sure I had to opportunity to see other options and to get a home affordable for me. Great homes, I want lie there nice. But after they bring them out the service workers are horrible and then getting them to come or respond is like pulling teeth. Extreme headache! If I had to do it again, I most likely wouldn't. Everything is always good until you sign! Make sure you think it through. MY home still needs work from caulking, to trimming, etc. And no one wants to come out. I just got carpet put down after waiting over a month.
