I first worked with Marty Spurlock @ Stockton Mortgage when working with a first-time homebuyer. My client had been referred to -- and pre approved by -- Mr. Spurlock before she came to me. The whole transaction was like clockwork. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my first-time home buyer had very few questions about her financing because she had been so well educated by Mr. Spurlock as to what to expect. I would highly recommend Marty and Stockton Mortgage.
Marty was cooperative, keeping financing process under control and on time. Answered all questions that clients did have and there were many from first time home buyers. Marty went beyond and above his duty. Well done!!
