Marty was great and quick at assisting me and my spouse in finding exactly what we need and for a great price.
Pretty unorganized as a team and they tend to sell you the world, but then your rate or policy might get changed without your knowledge months later. We had a policy for a person skid steer that almost doubled without our knowledge and the team wasn’t very helpful in fixing or taking accountability for their mistake. Marty and his team are awesome!! I just switched my coverage and the process was super easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Marty to my friends and family!! Phenomenal service and stress-free!
So far so good. I was saved $500. a year which is great. Also because of the roadside service I no longer feel the need for AAA. Marty and Lindsey called a lot even though I specifically told them to contact me by email, and wait for me to call them when I decided. I don’t think they were in touch with each other as I got conflicting statements. I will see how they handle claims. I can always go back or change companies. You can’t pass up saving that kind of money.
Great salesman but you’re not getting what he tells you, so read the fine print. This cost me big. He’ll never talk to you, just has his staff call and say sorry. If I had one issue I wouldn’t leave a review, I’ve had several with this agent. He treats you like your just $$$ does not care if he screws you over.
