Marty was intrumental in finding a more cost effective auto policy (with the better coverage) for me and made switching easy! He worked into the evening on a Friday night doing paperwork and going through the policy to help me understand so that I'd be ready to purchase a car the next morning. Outstanding!

We stopped at their booth at an event and the whole interaction was just off. One team member would tell us one thing and the other would say “please don’t ever say/do that again”. When talking to the owner, he would make us feel like we were not worth his time and would constantly look behind or beside us, looking for “better” potential customers. Very odd and everything but professional.
