All 3 agents- Marty, Jason and Lindsey are absolute gems. They are such a pleasure and joy to work with, and always makes for a fun phone call, which is crazy because who has fun when talking insurance!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else in MN, they are the best, most competent, most honest and cheapest insurance agency you will ever find.

Pretty unorganized as a team and they tend to sell you the world, but then your rate or policy might get changed without your knowledge months later. We had a policy for a person skid steer that almost doubled without our knowledge and the team wasn’t very helpful in fixing or taking accountability for their mistake. So far so good. I was saved $500. a year which is great. Also because of the roadside service I no longer feel the need for AAA. Marty and Lindsey called a lot even though I specifically told them to contact me by email, and wait for me to call them when I decided. I don’t think they were in touch with each other as I got conflicting statements. I will see how they handle claims. I can always go back or change companies. You can’t pass up saving that kind of money.
