I worked with Sam from Marty's office And had a great experience. He was very respectful and timely on getting all our information and quote put together. He made sure to follow up if I had any questions and gave me ample time to talk through the policy with my family. He made himself available should anything else come up and walked me through the process and the app. Highly recommend working with Sam, it was a pleasure!

This agent is only about money. He was rude and condescending every conversation. He is constantly out of the office and won’t answer the phone. Raised my rated every single renewal. I saved 600$ a month switching to another carrier. After asking them to never contact me again, I’ve been harassed with multiple phone calls. I received back to back calls last week, I returned the calls and left a message. They still haven’t called me back and it reminded me how much they can be counted on and why I left.
