Exceptional customer service. Amanda knew the answer to every question I had. She also knew how to navigate the paperwork I had in my hands to guide me where to look to provide her the answers I needed to give. The quote came back within 15 mins and she immediately sent me all the information I had requested. But not only that.. the new policy was not much more than the previous one. Sam was absolutely amazing and easy to work with. I didn't think I would be comfortable getting insurance with someone that I didn't physically see in person but he made it such and easy and relaxed experience. I feel much better about my new insurance choice after talking with him!
