LOVE THIS PLACE. FAMILY OWNED, SMART, REPUTABLE! I HAVE THEM FIX MY SAECO WHENEVER IT IS HAVING AN ISSUE. THEY HAVE FIXED 2 MACHINES FOR ME A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY ARE ON MY GRATITUDE LIST.
If I were you and you have a espresso machine to repair, sent it into the manufacturer. They send you a box, and ship it back and they are faster than Marts. Marts takes 5-6 weeks, won't schedule an appointment even if you pay the fee upfront to check the machine.(which I was not charged by Delonghi). Just a thought before going through the effort of driving and drop off, waiting forever and pick up.
They have helped me out of a couple jams, even fixed the coffee maker for my church at a price lower than anyone else in North County quoted.
