I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
