Little Darby went through a pretty rough 24 hours. The good Vets, Vet techs and front of house staff stepped up and rallied for my little man. Todays he’s almost back to normal. Thank you for taking such good care of Darby! Your commitment to him was much appreciated
I rescue dogs since 30 years. Travel a lot. Ian is the only Vet where I KNOW the animals are more important then his wallet. I even drove from Edmonton to see him. Best Vet ever.
All I have to say is that all because of there secretary will never go back. So rude and ignorant and uncaring. And thanks to her, a death to a animal in the family ended up happening. Thanks alot.
Always the right experience here
The front desk girls, Ian and his daughter Kathryn are truly the best around for your pets! They have all done their due diligence to care for my boys (3 days) with a quality of care you rarely see. I can’t rave about their kind demeanours, professionalism and bedside manners enough; they are truly the best. Mario, Binky and Link are truly lucky to have such attentive and knowledgeable healthcare available to them.
