I was seen by Dr. Frank Lauzau and I told him I had been running a low grade fever, persistently coughing, chills, body aches, exporating yellow and bloody mucus and he looked at me like he was confused when I told him my signs and symptoms. He assessed me and said me "I don't know what's wrong with you. You're not showing any signs or symptoms of anything, maybe just a recurring respiratory infection, I don't really know, but I can prescribe you some antibiotics." I have always had very good service at this Urgent Care, however, my past experience proved otherwise. Most of the staff was very friendly, but Dr. Lauzau Frank made me feel that I was wasting his time and that I was not "sick enough" to be there. He did not seem to care for his patients or enjoy his job.
